Medium Light Roast
This was our first Direct Trade Coffee and still one of our favorites. The family owned Selva Negra Estate is located in the highlands of Northern Nicaragua. The Estate is also an ecolodge, organic farm, organic cattle ranch, and most importantly a Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee farm. The coffee is shade grown under a canopy of bird friendly native trees. This medium light roast has a full body, lively acidity, and a smooth nutty finish.
