Medium Light Roast
This Direct Trade coffee from the Yrgacheffe region is a Natural (or Dry) Process coffee. In this processing method, the fruit is allowed to dry on the seed for a period of time before being removed. This stage imparts unique flavor and body characteristics as the fermentation and enzymatic activity take place between the fruit and the seed. The flavors of blueberry and chocolate are ultimately enjoyed in the final cup of this big, full bodied, mildly acidic coffee.
